We had never been to the Outer Banks and Cameron was very knowledgable helping us understand the different towns and their pros/cons. She also did site visits and ultimately a tour of the home via Facetime. She helped guide us through making an offer and nuances of contract negotiation with both the seller and our lender while we were living 400 miles away. Cameron's calm attitude made us feel heard and understood through out the entire process. A couple of days after we closed we had a minor appliance issue and Cameron went above and beyond reaching out to the original inspectors and providing us with quality referrals for licensed contractors, maintenance, landscaping and cleaning crews. We have owned our beach house for over 20 years. In the early years, we came down to Outer Banks, NC a lot, one week each summer and many weekend trips off season. Now both our kids have grown up and live away, they do not get excited as an idea to come to OBX anymore. On the other hand, we started to explore the other portion of the world years ago. We travel often and have our footprints left on all seven continents. Recently, Realty in the vacation home market turned in the correct direction and is finally a seller’s market after years of slow growth. What an Incredible Realtor Cameron is.
