This house is not in a rental program. It is very easy to show - anytime!!! Celtic Gale is located in north Avon where the dunes are tall and the beach is wide. This home has been lovingly maintained by the owners. In 2019 the owners had a "Fortified" roof installed. All of the duct work and underpinning under the house was also replaced a few years ago. There is a great shed that can be used to store the owners' beach equipment in addition to an owners' closet. The ocean views from the house are great but up on the high deck they are spectacular! Stand up there and you will realize why there is no substitute for an oceanfront home.
